You need enough space between your existing window and the inside window frame for our system to work properly.
We like to have about 100mm to work with, but we can make smaller gaps work if that’s what you’ve got.
Our systems typically achieve Rw40-43dB noise reduction ratings – that translates to a noticeable difference in how much outside noise you hear inside.
Sometimes we need to extend the window reveal with some timber work, but that’s all part of the service.
Site Assessment: If required we start with a proper site visit to assess your windows, discuss your noise problems and take exact measurements. We may need to see the situation to give you accurate advice and pricing. A refundable consultation fee applies should you go ahead.

Depends on your situation. Magnetic works well if you seldom open the window. Aluminium sliding is good for frequent opening and closing of windows for fresh air. We’ll recommend what makes sense for your needs.
How long does it take to install the acoustic windows?
A typical residential installation is a day depending on how many windows. Commercial projects vary widely – we’ll give you a realistic timeline during planning.
What warranty do you provide?
Yes, we warranty our work. Specific terms depend on which system you choose. All warranty details are included with your quotation so there are no surprises.
What happens to my existing blinds and curtains?
We will advise whether we can reposition them as part of the installation.
Will this work on heritage or older buildings?
Our retrofit systems are designed to preserve the external appearance of your existing windows. We regularly work with heritage requirements and council regulations. Happy to discuss specific heritage considerations.
How much maintenance is required?
Very little. Clean the panels like you would normal windows.
